Hola!
Bioderma has been raved about so much and there are a couple of different versions, so I thought I'd try a couple and see what the differences are and which I prefer.
I tried (and am still using) the Sensibio H20 and the Sebium H20 versions of the Bioderma Solution Micellaire...
The Sensibio H20 is the version that is most commonly spoken about.
I really enjoyed using it, it is fantastic to take off make up - especially in the eye area, I just literally wiped my eyeball with it by accident and nothing! I also like that it is refreshing to the skin and feels very calming and soothing. Although, it doesn't really feel like my skin is properly clean - it feels more like a part 1 before using another product. I know lots of people use this on its own for cleansing, but I do not like it to use in that way. Overall I am really enjoying using it, but I'm not sure if I will re-purchase this one as there are other products I use and like just to remove make up.
I have actually not seen many/any reviews about this version of Bioderma - it is the Sebium version and is targeted at combination/oily skin. Like the Sensibio version, it is still very gentle on the skin however, it does feel like it is cleaning more deeply than Sensibio and I can actually see the dirt on the cotton pad (bit gross, I know - but, it's a good sign that your skin is clean-er). I have used it to remove my eye make up and it works perfectly - I would say just as well as the Sensibio and it does not sting at all. The only thing that may affect some people is that it has fragrance added (the Sensibio does not), but it does not affect me so I do not see it as a problem.
Overall, I prefer the Sebium version of Bioderma as I think it is keeping my skin slightly cleaner especially during a massive break out due to its oil controlling properties. So, if I were to repurchase just one I would choose the Sebium, but since I have both, I will continue enjoying them both.
Which version(s) of Bioderma have you tried? Did you like one more than the other? Comment below!
